The exoneration of liability “La Ola” Escalada y Aventura Salamanca S.L: in the use and performance of the climbing activity in the premises and headquarters set up for this purpose at Av. Carbajosa de la Sagrada nº 29 – 31 in the Polígono de Los Montalvos I de Carbajosa de la Sagrada CP: 37188 in the province of Salamanca), and/or the possible development of climbing activities organized by the center in other locations, accepting the following conditions:

First: The tutor – user affirms to understand and voluntarily assume the risks inherent in the practice of climbing, and that can cause accidents, injuries of different severity and exempts “La Ola” Escalada y Aventura Salamanca S.L.

Second: The tutor – user is responsible for being informed and informing as well as monitoring the tutor for the correct use of the protective equipment and personal materials necessary for the safe performance of the climbing activity in the center.

Third: The tutor – user affirms to be, as well as his tutor, in adequate physical, mental and legal conditions to carry out the activities without the development of the same being harmful or dangerous.

Fourth: The material damage caused by an incorrect and irresponsible development of the activity will be assumed in its entirety by the tutor-user and her tutor, and spare parts physically or financially.

Fifth: The tutor – user agrees to respect the rules of the center, as well as the instructions of the monitors of “La Ola” Escalada y Aventura Salamanca S.L.

Sixth: “La Ola” Escalada y Aventura Salamanca S.L. is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of valuables within its facilities.

Seventh: “La Ola” Escalada y Aventura Salamanca S.L. is not responsible for disobedience, negligence, recklessness or ignorance and misuse of the facilities or materials by users or other institutions / companies and the consequences and accidents that these events may cause.

Eighth: “La Ola” Escalada y Aventura Salamanca S.L. reserves the right to modify and even prevent the tutor – user, tutored or other institutions / companies from carrying out the activity if it does not respect the regulations and security of the center.
